Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the App:
- Launch the Vega mobile app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings:
- Tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select the “Settings” option from the menu.
- Delete Account:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Account Settings page.
- Tap on “Delete Account.”
- Confirm Deletion:
- A confirmation screen will appear, explaining the consequences of deleting your account (e.g., loss of all data, events, and groups associated with your account).
- If you are sure, tap “Confirm” to proceed.
- Final Confirmation:
- You will receive a final confirmation prompt. Tap “DELETE” to permanently delete your account.
Important Information
- Data Deletion: Deleting your account is irreversible. All your data, including events, groups, and personal information, will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Subscription Cancellation: If you have any active subscriptions, make sure to cancel them before deleting your account to avoid any future charges.
- Reactivation: If you change your mind after deleting your account, you will need to create a new account as the deleted account cannot be restored.
