Highlights
- Stay in the loop with a new in-app What’s New channel announcing product updates as they ship.
- Fairer reservation pricing — applying or clearing a pricing tier no longer erases manual charges or inflates totals.
- Reservation admins now get notified the moment a new request is submitted, with times shown correctly in local time.
New features
What’s New announcements
A new dismissible banner and profile menu link keep admins informed about the latest product updates, right inside Vega Admin — no more missing out on new features.
Event announcement threads for admins
Admins can now post announcements directly on events, see replies in a threaded view, reply with an admin badge, and moderate (tombstone) attendee replies — bringing the same conversation tools already available for group announcements to events.
Improvements
- Community group search and detection now relies on a reliable flag instead of matching on the group’s name, so renamed or custom-named groups are correctly identified everywhere in search.
Fixes
- Applying or clearing a pricing tier on a reservation no longer inflates the total or wipes out manual charges — only the actual space-price difference is adjusted.
- Admins now receive an email the moment a reservation request is submitted for approval, with a working link straight to the reservation.
- Reservation and invoice emails now show the correct local time for the venue instead of UTC.
- Fixed the nightly public calendar rebuild so it no longer reports false failures and keeps running reliably even under load; Google Calendar sync entries for deleted groups now clean themselves up automatically instead of erroring every night.
