New features
Setup and tear-down time
Add setup and tear-down blocks before and after an event for chairs, tables, equipment, cleanup, or transitions between groups. Vega includes that time in conflict detection so spaces cannot be double-booked, while families only see the actual event start and end time.
Reserved seating
Reserved seating is available for events where guests need assigned seats. Email your venue seating chart, seat map image, or PDF blueprint to seatmaps@vegaevents.com and our team will create a custom digital seat map for your venue in Vega.
Improvements
- Conflict detection now accounts for setup and tear-down when checking facility availability.
- Public event listings show event time only, not internal prep blocks.
