Custom roles

Build roles like “Box Office Lead,” “Athletic Director,” or “Volunteer Scanner.” Each role has independent toggles for events, ticketing, payments, reporting, and settings.

Audit log

Every create / update / delete from your admin team is now recorded with actor, timestamp, IP, and a diff of what changed. Searchable, filterable, and exportable.

Improvements

  • Faster role lookup at login — sign-in is ~600ms quicker on average.
  • Settings pages reorganized into Account, Billing, Integrations, and Security tabs.

Fixes

  • Fixed an edge case where deactivated users could still receive event reminder emails.
  • Resolved a permission check issue affecting refund approvals on shared events.
