Viewing Tickets & QR Codes

Find Vega tickets and QR codes for check-in: dashboard, My Tickets, confirmation email, and tips if your phone won't load the barcode at the gate.

After purchasing tickets, you will need to access them for event check-in. Vega provides multiple ways to view your tickets and their associated QR codes.

Accessing Your Tickets

From Your Dashboard

If you have a Vega account:

  1. Sign in at the Vega website or app.
  2. Navigate to My Tickets or Dashboard.
  3. Your upcoming events are listed with ticket details.
  4. Click on an event to view individual tickets and QR codes.

From the Confirmation Email

Every purchase generates a confirmation email containing:

  • A summary of your order
  • A direct link to view your tickets online
  • Your QR code(s) for check-in

If you purchased as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email to access your tickets at any time.

Understanding Your QR Code

Each ticket has a unique QR code that is scanned at the event entrance. The QR code contains:

  • Your ticket ID
  • Ticket type information
  • Validation data for the event staff’s scanner

Using Your Tickets on Event Day

  1. Open your tickets on your phone or print them out.
  2. Present the QR code at the event entrance.
  3. Event staff will scan the code to validate your entry.
  4. Each QR code can only be scanned once to prevent duplicate entry.

Tips

  • Take a screenshot of your QR code in case you have limited internet connectivity at the venue.
  • If you have multiple tickets, each one has its own QR code – make sure the right person presents the right ticket.
  • If your QR code is not scanning, ask the event staff to look up your order by name or email as a backup.
  • Do not share your QR code publicly, as anyone with the image could potentially use it for entry.
