Profile & Dashboard
Vega attendee dashboard: view upcoming tickets and QR codes, order history, past events, and update email or phone on your profile.
Your Vega profile and dashboard serve as your personal hub for managing tickets, tracking upcoming events, and keeping your account information current.
Accessing Your Dashboard
- Sign in to your Vega account.
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard provides a quick summary of:
- Upcoming events – events you have tickets for, sorted by date
- Past events – a history of events you have attended
- Recent orders – your latest ticket purchases and their statuses
Managing Your Profile
Personal Information
Update your profile details from Settings > Profile:
- Name – displayed on your tickets and used for check-in
- Email – your primary contact email (also used for ticket delivery)
- Phone number – optional, may be required by some event organizers
- Profile photo – displayed on your account and in community features
Password and Security
- Change your password from Settings > Security
- Enable two-factor authentication for added security if available
Notification Preferences
Control which emails you receive:
- Order confirmations and ticket delivery
- Event reminders before upcoming events
- Marketing emails from organizations you have interacted with
- Transfer notifications
Order History
View a complete record of all your purchases:
- Go to Dashboard > Orders.
- Each order shows the event name, date, ticket types, and amount paid.
- Click an order to view the full receipt or access your tickets.
Tips
- Keep your email address up to date – this is how you receive tickets and important event communications.
- Review your upcoming events regularly so you do not miss anything.
- If you attend events from multiple organizations, your dashboard consolidates everything in one place.
