Ticket Transfers

How ticket transfers work in Vega: attendees can send their tickets to someone else via email.

All tickets in Vega are transferable. Attendees can send any of their tickets to another person directly from their ticket dashboard.

How Transfers Work

  1. The ticket holder opens their ticket and selects Transfer.
  2. They enter the recipient’s name and email address.
  3. The recipient receives an email with a link to claim the ticket.
  4. Once claimed, the original holder’s ticket is voided and a new ticket is issued to the recipient.

ℹ️ Info

Transfers are not visible to the organization — there is no admin-facing record of where a transferred ticket ends up.
