Vega pricing and plans (trial, Standard, Satellite): view billing, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and who needs Executive permissions to change subscription.
Vega offers different subscription tiers to match your organization’s needs.
Subscription Tiers
| Tier | Description |
|---|---|
| Free Trial | Full access for a limited time to evaluate Vega |
| Standard | Core event management and ticketing features |
| Satellite | Premium features for larger organizations |
Managing Your Subscription
- Navigate to Settings > Subscription & Billing (requires Executive Permissions)
- View your current plan, status, and renewal date
- Contact Vega to upgrade or change your plan

⚠️ Subscription Expiration
When your subscription approaches expiration (within 14 days), you’ll see a warning banner in the admin dashboard. If your subscription expires, access to admin features will be restricted until renewed.
Subscription Status
Your subscription can be in one of these states:
- Active — Your subscription is current and all features are available
- Trialing — You’re in a free trial period
- Past Due — A payment failed — update your payment method to restore access
- Canceled — Your subscription has been canceled
- Paused — Your subscription is temporarily paused
