Schools like Aptive, Alabama, and others asked for RSVP-style functionality. You asked; we built it. Here’s what we heard, what we built, and what they’re saying.

We kept hearing the same thing: chasing replies by email or spreadsheets, no clear headcount, and no way to capture guest names. Schools needed a simple way to know who’s coming, without reply-all threads or manual tallying.

What we built
We added RSVPs in Vega: one form, one dashboard, and full control. Turn it on for any event; your community gets a clear experience and you get real headcounts. No spreadsheets, no reply-all.
One clear form
Event name, date, time, and location at the top. They tap Going, Maybe, or Not Going. Name and email are captured, pre-filled when signed in. Allow guests and they add plus-ones by name, so you get a real list, not just a number.

Allow “Maybe” or keep it Going/Not Going only. Allow guests and cap how many. Optionally require sign-in or set an RSVP deadline. Same flexibility you expect from Vega. Configure once, use on every event that needs it.
