A pattern
Every Monday, or dates you click one by one.
Series Creator for business
Repeating programs, not sports seasons
Training cohorts, office hours, lunch-and-learns, multi-day conferences. Build the run of dates against the rooms you already hold.
The run
Every date from one template
Set the event once, pick the dates, and publish with a conflict check on each one.
Conflicts first
A taken room shows up before anything is created.
One edit
Change the template instead of opening every date.
How it works
1A run of dates
One series, many sessions, conflict-checked as you click.
2Against the room
If the boardroom is taken, you see it before you publish the cohort.
3Publish once
Ops does not rebuild the same workshop every week by hand.
Before you publish
See the run of dates
A pattern like every Monday, or dates you click one by one. Conflicts show on the calendar before anything is created.
